Lead ESG reporting and disclosures to enhance transparency and stakeholder trust
Oversee annual ESG report preparation, assurance, and compliance with global standards
Manage internal and external ESG data requests and ensure timely, accurate responses
Improve ESG data processes and internal controls for reliability and audit readiness
Align sustainability messaging across business units for consistency
Benchmark, analyze gaps, and enhance ESG metrics and disclosures
Monitor emerging ESG trends and advise on strategic responses
Collaborate on engaging ESG communications and maintain reporting documentation
Drive internal awareness and alignment on ESG reporting requirements and governance
Profile
Successful Candidate should have:
- Master’s in Sustainability, Finance, Business, or related field
- 10+ years in sustainability, with experience in both consulting and corporate roles
- 3+ years in ESG assurance or improving ESG reporting controls
- Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks (GRI, CSRD, BRSR) and global regulatory trends
- Experience preparing ESG reports and responding to rating agencies
- Familiar with ESG metrics, especially environmental/carbon in the automotive sector
- Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills
- Comfortable managing complex data, multiple stakeholders, and tight deadlines
- Knowledge of the automotive industry; other languages and policy exposure are a plus
