Sachin is the Managing Partner and heads the Environmental Services at Volition LLP. He has close to 4 years of work experience with Ernst & Young. He has a wide experience of working on CDM Projects, Transaction of Carbon Credits and Voluntary Markets, GHG Accounting and Carbon Footprint Assessments.
Sachin has presented an international paper at Green Power International Conference on Sustainable Energy Development and another one being Indo-Italian workshop on technology transfer.
Sachin has a wide exposure to various industry sectors like Pulp & Paper, Iron & Steel, Steel Intermediaries, Casting & Forging, Cement, Carbon Black and Power Generation from Alternative Energy Sources like – Wind, Hydro, Biomass. He has lead the team with clients such as Tata Sponge, Tata Yodogawa – Tayo Rolls, Tata Metaliks Kubota, Hinusthan Paper, Emami Paper, Electrosteel Castings Limited etc.
He has also assisted SAIL in drafting of EOI and Tender Documentation for the various emission reduction projects at their plant.
As a Partner of the firm Sachin plays a lead role in interacting with the leading Private Equity houses for the fund raising of Cleantech and Renewable Energy Project.

Anirban has experience in indirect taxation both in the industry and consulting. He has worked with Ernst & Young and was heading KPMG’s indirect tax practice in Kolkata. He has been a part of various due diligence transactions involving indirect taxes and has advised on issues arising in the course of mergers, acquisitions, disinvestments etc.
He has over 17 years of professional experience in indirect tax. His area of expertise is indirect taxation viz. Value Added Tax/Sales Tax, Entry Tax, Service Tax, Excise, Customs and Foreign Trade Policy.
Has worked on indirect tax issues relating to the oil & gas, manufacturing, FMCG, Retail and Infrastructure sectors.
Anirban was associated with the industry and responsible for indirect tax compliances, representing before Statutory Authorities for assessment/appeals and involved in structuring contracts with respect to key indirect taxation issues.
Anirban has provided professional assistance to Indian as well as multinational companies on all aspects of indirect tax including FTP/ SEZ, customs matters. He was involved in VAT impact assessment and subsequent VAT implementation in various clients. He has advised clients on complex VAT/Service tax issues with respect to EPC contracts.
He has assisted various clients and the State Government in drafting VAT manuals. Represented clients before Authorities (including at the appellate level) dealing with indirect tax laws.

Adwaita has over 6 years of management consulting experience across sectors (Real Estate, Biotech, Utilities, Logistics, M&E and Analytics). He is the erstwhile Head – Strategy and Business Planning, PVR Pictures responsible for financial as well as strategic initiatives. He has previously worked for the Consulting practice of KPMG and Business Advisory practice of E&Y.
Instrumental in setting up the 1st Biotech Park in Orissa (strategic and financial due diligence). Acquisition modeling for a large Indian major in maritime logistics, Financial Restructuring of a WB Public Sector Enterprise, Financial Modeling for Viability Gap Funding in Roads sector.
Mr. Bhattacharyya is a Professor of Finance & Control, IIM Calcutta, he also serves as a Co- ordinator, IIM Calcutta Centre for Corporate Governance. Mr. Bhattacharyya has a rich experience in the areas of Financial Accounting, Corporate Governance, Strategic Cost Management and Business Valuations. He has authored several books and articles for business dailies, he also serves as Member of various governing bodies in India. Apart from his qualifications of FCA, FICWA, DMA (ICA), D.Phil he has around 12 years of experience in IFRS.
Prof. Dr. Kushare is a Professor and Head of Electrical Engineering Department, K.KW.COE, University of Pune. Dr. Kushare is also a Power Quality consultant to Enercon India Ltd., Enercon Gmbh Germany and Electrical Consultant to R & D corporate Crompton Greaves Ltd., Mumbai.
He has authored several books, publications published in journals and articles for magazines, he also serves as Member of various governing bodies in India. Apart from his qualifications of B. E. Electrical, M. E. Electrical, Ph.D Electrical Engg., Certified Energy Auditor he has around 23 years of experience.
Mr. Pande was Former Director General & Special Secretary, Ministry of Environment & Forests, Govt of India. At present he acts as advisor to National Mission on Bamboo Applications (NMBA), Technology Information, Forecasting and Assessment Council (TIFAC), Depatment of Science & Technology (DST), Government of India. Mr. Pande also acts as moderator and speaker on various forums on climate change like that of TERI and WWF.
Shan Kennedy is a Chartered Accountant and independent consultant who advises on IFRS and valuation matters. She has more than 20 years experience working in the Big 4 accounting firms. Her valuation experience originates from more than 7 years working as a valuation specialist within the Big 4, including holding the position of Director responsible for the valuation specialism at one practice. She has spent four years working at the UK Accounting Standards Board as the Project Director responsible for Goodwill and Intangible Assets accounting – in this rôle she researched and put together the proposals underlying UK GAAP’s FRS 10 “Goodwill and Intangible Assets” and FRS 11 “Impairment of Fixed Assets and Goodwill”. She has also co authored a few publications on IFRS and Valuation. Shân has advised both ABN Amro and Lloyds TSB on their transition to IFRS. She has also presented at many IFRS conferences in London, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
